As a transformational resilience coach, I help individuals and teams achieve their full potential by incorporating powerful strategies and techniques based on the principles of high performance. I also believe in the philosophy of kintsugi, which emphasizes the beauty of the broken pieces and celebrates the resilience and strength that comes from overcoming challenges.
Through my coaching, I work with individuals to help them come to terms with their own past experiences and see the beauty in their own brokenness. By embracing the cracks and imperfections, individuals can learn to appreciate their own unique strengths and weaknesses and use these qualities to create a more fulfilling and successful life.
I use the philosophy of kintsugi to help individuals develop a growth mindset and see setbacks and challenges as opportunities for growth and transformation. By developing the skills and mindset needed to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals, individuals can learn to perform at their best, even in the face of adversity.
Overall, my coaching approach incorporates both high performance strategies and the philosophy of kintsugi to help individuals and teams achieve their full potential and celebrate their unique journeys.
